Our Pet Policy
We want you to bring your pets with you when you move into our apartment community. Pet access is limited
to certain apartments though, so give us a call to find out which ones allow pets.
Our policy is simple; you pay a non-refundable pet policy fee of $300 or $600, depending on if you bring
one or two pets with you. You can bring a maximum of two pets, and each pet comes with a $35 rent each month.
So if you have a dog or a cat, you don't have to leave them at your old place. Bring them to start your new
life in a luxurious apartment at Meridian View High.
Our Other Amenities
All of our apartments have access to our community amenities, such as a massage room, a theater room, a TV
lounge, a sundeck, a car wash, and an exercise room with free weights. Our property even includes a pet park

Our History
Meridian opened in 2019, so you know that each apartment is brand new, including appliances and fixtures.
We created our community with you in mind, and our location is right outside of greater Kansas City. You're
only a short drive away from the big city, and you're also right by hiking trails, Longview Lake Park, and a
golf course.
